I appreciate your interest in building a new stadium for the Vikings and financing it in a way that pays us all of our money back--plus two billion dollars.

The O'Connor Plan is based on one simple idea:  The stadium is an investment, and if we put tax money in, we should get our money back plus a good return. 

My name is Mike O'Connor.  I am a Ramsey County taxpayer, businessman and long-suffering Vikings fan. I don't want the Vikings to leave Minnesota, but I don't want public money handed over to a profitable business and a wealthy man.

So, I came up with a way to finance the stadium that is a true public-private partnership. This is a business deal, so the public has a right to participate in the profits, not just shoulder the cost.

The O'Connor Plan is fair for everyone, but I need your help convincing our elected officials to consider it.
